Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing solutions, including digital marketing, branding, social media, and content creation.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and grow the client base.

Present and pitch the agency’s services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their business needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering client retention.

Stay informed about market trends and digital marketing innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Report on sales activities and track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or digital industry.

Strong understanding of marketing services, including SEO, social media, PPC, branding, and content creation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a commission-based environment.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
