Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive sales of IP Telephony and contact center solutions from Cisco, Genesys, and Avaya to partners and major accounts in the KSA market.

Develop and maintain expert knowledge on SBC Solutions and position these effectively to clients.

Promote and sell headsets, demonstrating working and positioning knowledge.

Leverage working experience on cloud communications, including Teams, Zoom, and Cisco certified devices, to enhance sales strategies.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 5 years focused on IP Telephony and contact center solutions.

Industry Knowledge: Experience selling Cisco, Genesys, and Avaya solutions in the KSA market.

Technical Skills: Expert knowledge on SBC Solutions and working experience with cloud communications and certified devices (Teams, Zoom, Cisco).

Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Location: Based in Riyadh, KSA.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
