Duties & Responsibilities:

FVC is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in Voice & Contact Center solutions. They will be responsible for driving sales of MS Teams & Zoom-Voice & Contact Center solutions in the Saudi market, along with IP Telephony and contact center solutions from Cisco/Genesys/Avaya. Expert knowledge on SBC Solutions and working experience with cloud communications & Teams/Zoom/Cisco certified devices is required.

Responsibilities:

Lead solution sales efforts for Voice & Contact Center solutions in the Saudi market.

Drive sales of MS Teams & Zoom-Voice & Contact Center solutions.

Sell IP Telephony & Contact Center solutions from Cisco/Genesys/Avaya to partners/major accounts in the Riyadh market.

Possess expert knowledge on SBC Solutions.

Demonstrate working & positioning knowledge on headsets.

Have working experience on cloud communications & Teams/Zoom/Cisco certified devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and major accounts.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Candidate Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the IT services industry.

Strong understanding of Voice & Contact Center solutions.

Expert knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, and SBC Solutions.

Experience in selling to partners and major accounts in the Riyadh market.

Working knowledge of cloud communications and certified devices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
