Sales Manager - Luxury Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join our luxury sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value property sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute sales strategies for luxury residential properties, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Build and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences in luxury real estate

Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, wealth managers, and other relevant partners

Conduct sophisticated property presentations and negotiations with potential buyers

Provide detailed market analysis and property valuations

Create and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value asset sales

Demonstrated track record of closing multi-million dollar transactions

Excellent understanding of the luxury real estate market and property investment

Strong network within the HNWI community

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Valid real estate certification/license as per local requirements

Excellent relationship building and networking abilities

Professional presence and sophisticated demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
