Role Overview:
Excelsior Group ME is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for ICT to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT solutions selling, with the ability to understand customer business challenges and provide effective, consultative solutions. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Understand customer business challenges and needs, proposing the most effective ICT solutions through a consultative approach.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Relationship Management: Establish and develop relationships with new prospects and existing clients, continuously nurturing these relationships to expand sales revenues.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline for ICT solutions, products, and services.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to generate new revenue streams and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation to achieve set targets and objectives.
Client Support: Provide timely support, information, and guidance to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Performance Metrics: Meet and deliver the Management By Objectives (MBOs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Technology Awareness: Stay updated with advanced technologies and innovations.
Workshops: Conduct sales workshops for customers in the UAE in collaboration with the team.
Sales Forecasting: Develop and deliver accurate regular sales forecasts aligned with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Industry Relationships: Strong relationships in the end customer/client community in the UAE.
Project Experience: Experience handling large enterprise projects, quotes, and solutions.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in ICT solutions selling in the UAE.
Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of and experience in understanding customer challenges and proposing suitable ICT solutions. Preferred experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Virtualization Technologies.
Technical Skills: Working experience with and a good understanding of EDR, PaaS, MFA, and Business Continuity.
Education: Graduate/BE/MBA. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include ISC2, ISACA, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Fortigate, PALOALTO, and Checkpoint.
Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
