Duties & Responsibilities:

LEOS International is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, specifically with UAE developers. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, specifically with UAE developers.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
