Job Description:

Empire Developments is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Portfolio Team for an exciting new venture in Dubai's real estate market. This role offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure. Key Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales.

Minimum 1 year of experience with developers in the Dubai Real Estate market.

Currently residing in the UAE.

Established connections within Real Estate Market Agencies or Property Consultants.

Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Chinese, French, Spanish, English, Urdu/Hindi, Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Portfolio Team to drive sales and achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
