Role

Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager for Africa - Sub Saharan region in the non-food FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales management and be capable of meeting sales targets and expanding the company's market presence in African markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an export sales strategy aligned with the company's overall sales plan.

Identify and target potential markets and customers for the company's products.

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to delivery and after-sales support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in foreign markets.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.

Ensure compliance with all export regulations and requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales management in the non-food FMCG industry.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing market share in foreign markets.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of export regulations and requirements.

Willingness to travel frequently to foreign markets.
