Position: Sales Manager

Role
The Sales Manager provides leadership to the sales team and plays a strategic role in the success of the Company. Responsibilities include creating budgets, developing attractive incentive plans for sales team members, and crafting business expansion strategies. The role involves setting goals and targets for the sales team, evaluating performance, analyzing competitor strengths and weaknesses, lead generation, branding, customer service training, and building strong relationships with industry leaders.
Duties
Leads B2B and B2C performance.
Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales force to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manages the sales program accordingly.
Ensures targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.
Provides on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Presents sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Management.
Provides daily and/or monthly reports of field sales success and prepares department productivity dashboard for the Executive Board.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Possesses deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
Solves problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions. Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
Assesses individual performance through observation and measurement and suggests corrective actions as needed.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in industry-related forums, etc.
Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Responsible for the distribution center and retail store/showroom sales operation.
Executes other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements
7+ years of proven work experience as a Sales, Regional, or Country Manager for premium beauty products and services.
Proven ability in managing sales teams and exceeding quotas and targets.
Strong knowledge of emerging beauty trends and products.
Extensive knowledge in strategic marketing, segmentation, advertisement, etc.
