Duties & Responsibilities:

UNICORN HRD is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in lighting sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE lighting industry and be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the lighting sector.

Identify and target potential clients in the market, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and manage customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in lighting sales.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE lighting market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
