Duties & Responsibilities:

Kalandoor Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the construction and interior fit-out industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the interior fit-out sector.

Identify and target potential clients in the market, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

7 - 10 years of experience in sales within the construction and interior fit-out industry.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Must be available to join immediately.

Valid UAE Driving License is required.
