Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Solution Sales Specialist with experience in Voice & Contact center solutions, you will be responsible for:

Handling MS Teams & Zoom-Voice & contact center solutions in the Saudi market.

Selling IP Telephony & contact center solutions from Cisco/Genesys/Avaya to partners/major accounts in Riyadh market.

Demonstrating expert knowledge on SBC Solutions.

Having working & positioning knowledge on headsets.

Possessing working experience in cloud communications & Teams/Zoom/Cisco certified devices.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have:

At least 5 years of experience in solution sales, particularly in Voice & Contact center solutions.

Expertise in selling IP Telephony & contact center solutions from major providers.

Working knowledge of SBC Solutions and headsets.

Experience in cloud communications & Teams/Zoom/Cisco certified devices.
