Revenue Generation Strategy

You will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to maximize occupancy and average rate. Your market analysis will identify new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments to exceed annual targets.

Key Account Management

The role requires nurturing relationships with high-value clients including travel agencies, corporate accounts, and event planners. Your strategic account development will secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Market Positioning

Leveraging your international hotel experience, you'll position our property competitively against other luxury offerings. Your pricing recommendations and promotional strategies will optimize revenue across all distribution channels.

Team Leadership

You will mentor junior sales staff, implementing best practices from global chains. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture focused on exceptional client service and measurable results.

Sales Process Optimization

Your expertise will streamline our sales operations from proposal development to contract negotiations. Implementing CRM best practices, you'll ensure efficient lead management and accurate forecasting.
