The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative sales strategies for our development portfolio, focusing on maximizing revenue and market penetration. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into closed deals.
Developer Experience Requirement:
Applicants must demonstrate verifiable success managing sales for property developers, with in-depth knowledge of off-plan sales cycles, payment plans, and developer handover processes. Your experience should include managing sales teams through complete project lifecycles from launch to completion.
Team Management:
This leadership position requires mentoring a team of sales professionals while implementing performance metrics and training programs. You will be responsible for setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensuring consistent lead follow-up procedures.
Client Relationship Management:
