Role Overview: Create and drive a new business function, focusing on sales strategy, lead generation, and team management in the London Area, UK.

New Business Development: Create and drive a new business function, developing strategies to expand market presence.

Target Account Identification: Identify key players within target accounts to reach out to through various touch points, including cold calls, emails, and social media.

Top of Funnel Sales Strategy: Focus on creating and implementing strategies around top of funnel sales, driving lead generation and pipeline growth.

Lead Management: Drive and maintain your own sales leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.

Internal Relationship Management: Manage internal relationships to drive account management and increase client spend, fostering collaboration and growth.

Team Leadership and Development: Set the strategic direction of your team, set and monitor incentives, create and drive a high-performance culture, and hire, onboard, train, and manage new sales talent.
