About the Role:
Pareto is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our new business function. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel sales strategies, building a high-performance team, and expanding Pareto’s client base. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow Pareto’s new business function.
Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
Design and implement top-of-funnel sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
Manage and nurture your own sales pipeline while overseeing team performance.
Build and maintain strong internal relationships to enhance account management and client retention.
Set the strategic direction for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and monitor incentive programs to motivate and reward team performance.
Foster a high-performance culture by recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new sales talent.
Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and optimize sales processes.
Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on team performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar role.
Strong ability to identify and engage key stakeholders within target accounts.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in driving top-of-funnel sales and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
