Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth by managing client relationships and maximizing rental opportunities in our luxury property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury real estate or hospitality sales, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering premium experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our luxury holiday home portfolio

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts

Conduct property viewings and consultations with potential clients

Identify client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate properties

Negotiate rental terms and close deals with a focus on maximizing revenue

Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling property presentations

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or related high-end service industry

Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrable results

Excellent communication abilities with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

Understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth client expectations

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Experience with CRM systems and property management software

Well-presented with professional demeanor suitable for luxury client interaction
