Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Set and achieve sales targets

Lead and motivate the sales team

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

Oversee client portfolio management

Ensure exceptional client service standards

Develop long-term client relationships

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Develop strategies to expand market share

Create and implement sales growth initiatives

Network within the real estate industry

Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop sales team members

Set individual and team targets

Monitor team performance

Provide mentorship and guidance

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury real estate sales

Track record of achieving sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

Professional communication skills

Knowledge of Dubai real estate market

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
