Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive off-plan property sales in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury real estate sales and strong relationships within the broker community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage off-plan property sales initiatives and campaigns

Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies

Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage

Conduct property presentations and negotiations with high-net-worth clients

Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM systems

Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts

Represent Sobha Realty at industry events and networking functions

Mentor and guide junior sales team members

Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience in off-plan sales within Dubai real estate market

Strong track record of achieving sales targets

Extensive network within Dubai's real estate broker community

Valid RERA certification

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
