Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth through effective team management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE luxury real estate development sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve sales goals

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies

Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales management within the UAE

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in property development

Extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in the luxury segment

Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate industry

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Valid UAE residency and driving license
