Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute B2B sales strategies for our luxury car rental company. The ideal candidate will focus on building corporate partnerships, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in the luxury automotive sector.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in luxury car rental, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries

Proven track record in B2B sales

Valid UAE driving license

Strong understanding of Dubai's luxury market

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Development

Create and implement comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategies

Develop partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event management companies

Establish strategic alliances with complementary luxury brands

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Business Development

Conduct direct marketing activities including cold calling

Attend networking events and arrange face-to-face meetings

Generate and qualify new business leads

Represent company at trade shows and industry conferences

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Market Analysis & Planning

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Monitor industry trends and customer needs

Develop innovative marketing initiatives

Analyze sales data and optimize performance

Manage sales and marketing budget for maximum ROI

Team Collaboration

Work with operations team for seamless service delivery

Coordinate with customer service for client satisfaction

Provide regular performance reports to management
