Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive performance and achieve sales targets. This role involves leading and motivating the sales team, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts, stores, and the sales team. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in tracking sales orders, providing training, and managing complex issues to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Targets:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and achieve sales quotas.

Team Leadership:

Lead daily sales meetings to track key orders until delivery to the store.

Provide instructions and conduct weekly product training sessions with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as the central point of contact between accounts, stores, sales coordinators, and the sales team.

Attend meetings with the sales team to ensure deals are closed effectively and meet the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Customer Relations and Issue Resolution:

Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer complaints beyond the scope of other sales staff.

Coordinate payment and collection processes with the sales team.

Performance Evaluation and Management:

Evaluate individual sales team capacities and organize daily time management plans for each salesperson.

Monitor and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of related experience in the paint manufacturing industry within the UAE.

Qualifications:

45 years old and below.

Skills:

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team effectively.

Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve customer complaints.

Salary:

Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
