Job Description:
Future Tense is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to lead our Real Estate Brokers team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, while also developing strategic sales plans and maintaining strong industry relationships.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand the customer base.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and tactics as necessary.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales activities, promotional campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Process Management:
Monitor and ensure the implementation of effective sales processes, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a successful real estate sales manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the Dubai market.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, legal regulations, and customer preferences.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Professional certifications in real estate sales and management will be an advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales-related tools.
Salary:
AED 8,000 to 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
