Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Vega Worldwide Logistics. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Create sales forecasts and budgets, and manage expenses.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions.

Negotiate with clients and close deals to generate revenue.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide regular updates on sales performance to senior management.

Team Development and Support:

Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing and expanding sales territories, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2 - 4 years in a similar role.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Management).

Nationality: Any European National, Any CIS National, Indian, Tunisian.

Skills:

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in market research and analysis.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
