Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out Division

Job Description

Sales Role Overview: As a Sales Executive within the Interior Fit-Out Division, your primary responsibility will be to drive business development by identifying new opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors. You will focus on establishing connections with clients and closing sales for turnkey interior design and fit-out projects.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: You will be expected to initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, digital platforms, and referrals. Attending site visits and presenting customized solutions will be a regular part of your routine. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals will be vital for ongoing success.

Solution-Based Selling: Understanding client expectations is essential to this role. You will assess customer requirements and propose design and fit-out services tailored to their functional and aesthetic needs. Your knowledge of market trends and product specifications will help ensure the client receives comprehensive and well-aligned solutions.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: The position requires developing persuasive sales pitches, quotations, and proposals that reflect client preferences and project scope. Crafting compelling presentations that emphasize the value and uniqueness of the company’s services will play a key role in the sales process.

Collaborative Project Execution: You will coordinate with internal departments, including design, estimation, and project management teams, to guarantee seamless execution and delivery of projects. Timely and professional communication with all stakeholders will help ensure client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals is expected. You will also be required to maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager or Business Development Head.
