Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong HORECA industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafés while driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the HORECA sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotels, restaurants, and cafés segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA industry
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support
Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the HORECA sector
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Strong network within the UAE's hospitality industry
Experience in food and beverage sales preferred
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Must be eligible to work in the UAE
Ability to travel frequently within the UAE
Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings
Working Conditions
Full-time position
Field-based role with extensive travel within the UAE
Regular business hours with flexibility required
Some evening and weekend work may be necessary for client meetings
