Emirates National Facilities Management (EnFM), an integrated facilities management company established in 2012 and serving both private and public sectors across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Sales Executive cum Coordinator for its Home Services division. This is a role for someone who understands that in home services, sales and coordination are the same conversation. You are selling a service, but you are also managing the promise behind it.

This is a role for someone with prior experience in the home services sector. You will generate new business, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate service delivery for residential clients. You will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and ensure that every job is scheduled, tracked, and completed to the customer's satisfaction. You will work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure that services are delivered on time and to standard. This is a hands-on position where your ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems on the spot will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.

The ideal candidate has experience in home services, facilities management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of what residential customers expect. You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication and coordination skills, and you are able to manage both sales and operational responsibilities without losing track of details.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month
