Sales Executive

Objective of the Role:

We are seeking candidates with charismatic personalities and strong communication skills to welcome customers at our Boutique. The Sales Executive will assist in identifying client needs, presenting and addressing queries about our products and services, and recommending solutions. A positive attitude and prompt resolution of customer issues or complaints are crucial for success in this role. Ultimately, the Sales Executive will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the Boutique’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Achieve sales targets by actively driving sales through upselling techniques.

Share product information and knowledge with customers and Sales Executives, including product features, benefits, pricing, and after-sales services.

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.

Operational Responsibilities:

Manage inventory control and conduct regular stock counting.

Follow up on customer repairs, orders, and returns, ensuring customer feedback is communicated effectively to the Boutique Manager.

Maintain hygiene and standards of the Boutique, including display showcases, VIP rooms, back office, and products.

Ensure all products are displayed correctly and representatively in the Boutique.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate product launches and updates to customers.

Stay updated on current trends and provide feedback to the Head Office.

Actively seek out and capitalize on sales opportunities both inside and outside the Boutique.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.

Experience:

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.

Good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.

Other Skills:

Charismatic personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales achievement.
