Overview:

Alfardan Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling rooms in exclusive establishments or luxury hotels, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist and collaborate with the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing and the team to achieve targeted goals outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Skills:

Self-motivated and driven by sales targets.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).

Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.

Prior experience in hotel sales or similar luxury hospitality environments is essential.
