Lighting is no longer just about illumination. In modern buildings and luxury homes, lighting automation has become the invisible architecture of how a space feels, functions, and responds to the people inside it. Inspirations GCC is looking for a Sales Executive who understands that the future of lighting is intelligent, connected, and controlled—and who can sell that vision to clients across the UAE.

This is a role for someone who has spent at least two to three years selling lighting or lighting controls in the UAE and understands the difference between a standard fixture and a fully integrated automation system. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and homeowners, and promoting lighting automation solutions that enhance functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics. You will conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing. Your ability to understand client requirements and recommend the right lighting control solutions will be central to your success.

The ideal candidate has strong UAE sales experience in lighting or lighting controls, with excellent communication and customer relationship skills. You are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, as you will be meeting clients across the country.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 8,000 per month, plus incentives.
