Role Overview – Streben Technik Pvt Ltd is hiring a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong sales and business development expertise, technology and industrial sectors knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth effectively, develop client relationships, manage sales pipelines, achieve sales targets, provide customer service, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic technology company.
Sales Target Achievement – You will achieve sales targets by driving revenue generation, pursuing opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining consistent performance. You will focus on meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and supporting organizational growth. You should drive sales performance actively.
Revenue Generation and Growth – You will generate revenue by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, pursuing leads, and closing sales. You will contribute to business growth and revenue expansion. You should drive revenue growth continuously.
Client Acquisition and Development – You will acquire new clients by prospecting, conducting outreach, presenting solutions, and converting prospects to customers. You will build new business and expand customer base. You should develop new client relationships.
Lead Generation and Qualification – You will generate leads by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying potential customers, and organizing information. You will maintain robust sales pipeline and support continuous business development. You should generate qualified leads.
Sales Prospecting and Outreach – You will prospect by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach activities, introducing solutions, and supporting engagement. You will proactively build opportunity pipeline. You should conduct effective prospecting.
Cold Calling and Outreach – You will conduct cold calling by initiating contact, presenting value, building interest, and supporting conversations. You will pursue new opportunities and develop relationships. You should conduct professional cold outreach.
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis – You will consult with clients by understanding needs, conducting analysis, identifying solutions, and recommending offerings. You will provide consultative sales approach and support client success. You should conduct needs-based selling.
Sales Presentation and Demonstration – You will present solutions by demonstrating products, explaining benefits, addressing questions, and supporting understanding. You will deliver compelling presentations and overcome objections. You should present solutions effectively.
