Role Overview – Al Salehi is hiring a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong sales expertise, business development knowledge, and the ability to generate sales effectively, build client relationships, manage sales pipeline, achieve targets, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic sales-driven organization.
Sales Generation and Business Development – You will generate sales by identifying prospects, developing leads, and closing deals. You will build sales pipeline, develop client base, and achieve sales targets. You should generate consistent revenue supporting company growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust, support satisfaction, and identify additional business opportunities. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric professional.
Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation – You will prospect for new business by identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and building qualified pipeline. You will develop consistent lead flow and manage sales opportunities systematically. You should maintain healthy sales pipeline.
Client Needs Assessment – You will assess client needs by conducting consultations, asking probing questions, and understanding requirements. You will listen actively, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions. You should understand client motivations and challenges.
Solution Selling and Consultative Approach – You will sell consultatively by understanding client challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and providing value-based approach. You will position offerings addressing client needs. You should be consultative seller.
