Job Description
Role Overview – M.A.H.Y. Khoory & Co. LLC is hiring a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong business development skills, customer relationship capabilities, and the ability to generate leads, acquire clients, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth within a trading and commercial business environment.
Sales and Business Development – You will drive sales and business development by identifying new business opportunities and markets, prospecting potential clients and accounts, developing lead generation strategies, conducting market research, targeting high-value customers, building sales pipelines, pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding customer base through proactive sales and business development activities.
Client Acquisition and Lead Generation – You will acquire clients and generate leads by conducting cold calls and outreach, networking and building professional contacts, attending industry events and exhibitions, leveraging referrals and introductions, utilizing LinkedIn and social media for prospecting, qualifying leads and opportunities, converting prospects into customers, and consistently building qualified sales pipeline.
Product and Service Sales – You will sell products and services by understanding company offerings and product lines, presenting product features and benefits, demonstrating value propositions, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing sales proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, closing sales deals, and achieving product sales targets across company portfolio.
Customer Relationship Management – You will manage customer relationships by building strong client relationships, maintaining regular communication with customers, understanding customer needs and requirements, providing consultative sales approach, serving as primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement and Revenue Generation – You will achieve sales targets and generate revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas, tracking sales performance against targets, maximizing revenue per account, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing sales cycles effectively, closing deals efficiently, and consistently delivering revenue results.
