Role Overview

Coca-Cola in we're looking for Sales Executive who can thrive in the field, drive growth, and strengthen customer relationships across our vibrant market. If you've got solid FMCG experience and have the drive to achieve results, we'd love to meet you.

Field Sales Operations – You will work in the field managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. Visiting retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, and other distribution points to ensure product availability and visibility.

Customer Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers including retailers, distributors, and hospitality accounts. Understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.

Sales Target Achievement – Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement. Implementing promotional activities, merchandising initiatives, and distribution strategies that drive volume growth.

Team Leadership (Supervisors) – For Supervisor positions: leading and coaching sales teams to achieve collective targets. Conducting field visits with team members, providing on-the-job training, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent execution.

Market Intelligence – Gathering market insights, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying trends that impact business performance. Providing feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and opportunities.

Distribution Excellence – Ensuring optimal product distribution, availability, and visibility across all customer touchpoints. Managing stock rotation, implementing merchandising standards, and maximizing shelf space presence.

FMCG Experience Required – Solid experience in FMCG sales with proven track record of achieving targets. Understanding of sales processes, distribution dynamics, and retail operations in UAE market. Drive to achieve results and thrive in competitive environments.
