Job Description
Sales Development & Client Acquisition : The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector while actively expanding the company’s client base. This role focuses on developing strong sales pipelines, approaching prospective customers, and converting leads into long-term business relationships through strategic sales initiatives.
Freight Forwarding Sales Operations : The position requires hands-on experience in selling freight forwarding solutions including air, sea, and land transportation services. The candidate will understand customer shipping requirements, propose suitable logistics solutions, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and service quality.
Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a core responsibility. The Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication, understanding client expectations, and delivering reliable service that enhances trust and long-term collaboration.
Market Analysis & Business Growth : The role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. By staying informed about industry developments, the Sales Executive will contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration : Close coordination with operations, documentation, and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth execution of shipments. The Sales Executive will work collaboratively to ensure client commitments are met and service delivery remains seamless and efficient.
Performance & Target Achievement : This position is results-driven and requires meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The candidate will prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and consistently demonstrate ambition, accountability, and a strong drive to achieve measurable outcomes.
