Job Description

Customer Engagement and Sales Generation: As a  Sales Executive – Passenger Car, your main responsibility is to attract potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable  passenger vehicles. You will actively work on showroom leads, walk-in clients, and digital inquiries to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Consultative Selling and Product Presentation: You will deliver professional vehicle presentations, highlighting JAC’s key features, safety innovations, and performance advantages. By understanding customer preferences, you will provide expert advice and guide them toward the most suitable model and financing options.

Lead Management and Follow-up: Efficiently manage all sales leads using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely updates to potential buyers. Your ability to maintain communication and build trust throughout the buying journey will be essential for customer conversion and loyalty.

Test Drive Coordination and Customer Experience: You will organize and conduct vehicle test drives, ensuring customers have an excellent firsthand experience of JAC’s quality. You will also maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring that every visitor experiences a welcoming and professional environment.

Negotiation and Sales Closure: Responsible for preparing accurate quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing deals while adhering to company policies. You will ensure smooth coordination with the finance and registration departments to facilitate a hassle-free purchase process for the customer.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and contribute insights to enhance sales strategies. You will also provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future campaigns.
