Client Relationship Management: As a Sales Executive in the courier industry, your key responsibility will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will need to fully understand their logistics requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Building trust and providing timely follow-ups are vital components in this relationship-driven role.

Business Development: The role requires you to consistently identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier and shipping sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and attending client meetings. A proactive approach is essential to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue streams through strategic acquisitions.

Sales Strategy & Execution: You will be expected to plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market demand will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking performance metrics, forecasting sales, and preparing reports for management will ensure strategic alignment and accountability.

Industry Knowledge: The ideal candidate should bring prior experience from the courier or shipping industry, offering an in-depth understanding of delivery logistics, operations, and the competitive landscape. Staying updated with industry trends, pricing models, and service innovations will allow you to better position the company’s offerings to clients.

License & Location Requirement: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position, as the job involves regular client visits and territory management across various emirates. Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE, ensuring availability for interviews and immediate onboarding if selected.

Team Collaboration: While the role is largely independent, close collaboration with internal departments such as customer service, operations, and finance is crucial. Effective coordination helps ensure service commitments are met and client satisfaction is maintained throughout the sales cycle.
