Job description:
Elan Shoreline Holiday Homes LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at our JBR location in Dubai. As a front desk sales agent, you will be responsible for selling city tours, car rentals, and home stays. Compensation:
Basic salary of AED 4000 plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing information about city tours, car rental services, and home stay options.
Actively promote and sell the company’s services to prospective clients.
Handle customer inquiries and reservations efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all products and services offered.
Manage bookings and ensure all customer requirements are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
Handle computer, apps, and Internet-based tasks related to bookings and customer inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and repeat business.
Requirements:
Must be female and currently residing in the UAE for in-person interviews.
Must speak at least two languages; proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of a third language is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with various apps and the Internet.
Prior sales experience, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
