About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with hotel experience who are passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our hotel’s services, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your ability to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel’s client base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to secure bookings and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
