Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the fire safety and security sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire safety and security market
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using CRM systems
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Provide regular feedback to management about market conditions and customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proven sales experience in fire safety, security systems, or related technical products
Valid UAE driving license
Strong understanding of fire safety and security systems (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Arabic language skills are a plus
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of fire safety regulations and standards in UAE
Knowledge of building safety codes and requirements
Familiarity with security and fire protection systems
Basic technical understanding of fire safety equipment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
