Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Retail Sales Promoters/Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly in luxury accessories, jewelry, and watches, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide professional product recommendations

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of accessories, jewelry, and watches to customers

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques

Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor presentation

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Participate in inventory management and stock control

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Contribute to team sales goals and support marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Degree from a reputed university

2-5 years of proven retail sales experience

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Professional appearance and presentation

Customer service oriented with a positive attitude

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

UAE residency status or eligibility to work in UAE

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury retail, specifically with accessories, jewelry, or watches

Knowledge of luxury brands and current market trends

Experience with POS systems and inventory management

Track record of achieving sales targets

Understanding of UAE retail market dynamics
