Job Description / Role
Future Tense is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical products industry, specifically within the scope of electrical wholesalers and manufacturers. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Drive sales efforts to achieve monthly revenue targets set by the General Manager and Director.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, focusing on electrical traders, MEP contractors, construction firms, oil and gas engineering firms, and design/build fit-out contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the scope of electrical products, including switchgear manufacturing, conduit manufacturing, and related products.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the UAE.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Regularly report on sales activities and client interactions to the General Manager and Director.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, particularly in the electrical products industry.
Experience in selling products such as switchgears, cable tray systems, cable trunking systems, cable ladder systems, channel support systems, pipe clamping systems, and finishes for cable management systems.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Education:
Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or related fields are preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month (based on experience) + commission.
Benefits: Company-provided accommodation and travel.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
