Company: A leading facility management company in Fujairah
Reporting to: Facility Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Develop and present proposals and presentations to respective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business deals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies.
Analyze and report on sales metrics, market trends, and business performance.
Prepare and manage proposals and tenders in response to client requests.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful service delivery and client retention.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements and resolve any issues.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Cost estimate and prepare budgets for respective projects.
Propose and develop new services to suit current market needs.
Respond to and prepare RFQs, RFPs, and present cost-effective solutions in coordination with the technical team.
Participate in marketing programs and evaluate trade associations and professionals that can positively impact business practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the UAE market and local business.
Strong spoken and written English skills; Arabic (spoken) is optional.
UAE Driving License is required.
Strong people management, team collaboration, and adaptability skills.
Willingness to commit additional hours and function under flexible working conditions.
Strategic/analytical thinker with excellent negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for a considerable time while serving the firm.
Good knowledge of marketing principles and client development in a professional service industry setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional proofreading, editing, and presentation capability.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and make effective decisions.
