Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence in the UAE and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE local market to increase sales and market share.

Customer Acquisition: Actively search for and engage with potential customers, demonstrating the value of our products and services.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Customer Service:

Pre-Sale Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers during the pre-sale phase, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Daily Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to provide updates on orders and deliveries.

Shipping Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

After-Sale Support: Offer continued support to customers after the sale, handling any issues that arise and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Team Collaboration: Work in close coordination with the Sales Manager and other team members to align sales strategies and meet department goals.

Business Requirements: Assist the Sales Manager with any additional business requirements, including market research, reporting, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Age Range: 21-30 years old.

Experience: Proven experience in wholesale sales, particularly in electronic devices and accessories, is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the internet and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with customers and team members.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.

Customer Service Orientation: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide top-notch service and resolve any issues efficiently.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the electronic product markets in Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq is highly desirable. Fluency in Arabic or Russian is preferred, as it will facilitate communication with a broader range of clients.
