Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Hilton Hotels in Al Kuwait, you will play a key role in analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to generate new business opportunities. Your efforts will focus on driving future business into the hotel, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing market share across all revenue streams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business leads.
Customer Account Development:
Develop customer accounts by traveling within the local area to bring in business to the hotel or cluster.
Increase market and customer share in all revenue streams.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
Prepare and manage company contracts in alignment with current business and pricing conditions.
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media, to promote the hotel.
Strategy & Collaboration:
Work within the current business strategies and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
Reporting & Communication:
Produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including appointment, call, and business lead reports.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
Sales Events & Engagement:
Attend and participate in sales events as required to promote the hotel.
