Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Freight Systems DWC LLC, you will assist the Sales Manager in business development and revenue generation for the company's freight forwarding services. This role involves managing assigned geographical areas, achieving sales targets, and expanding client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Manage a specified geographical sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and coverage in line with corporate objectives.

Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones through cold calls and ongoing client service.

Product Knowledge & Sales:

Present and sell company products and services effectively to current and potential clients.

Prepare and maintain action plans and sales pipeline sheets to identify specific targets.

Lead & Client Management:

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and prepare quotations through customer service/sales coordinator.

Contract & Proposal Management:

Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Follow up on quotations, close business deals, and revert with reasons if business is lost.

Operational Coordination:

Hand over confirmed business to customer service with proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where required.

Assist the credit control team in collecting dues and outstanding amounts from clients within the allotted credit limit.

Reporting & Analysis:

Meet corporate budget targets and submit timely reports as set by management.

Provide Market and Competitor activity information (MIS) to management.

Marketing & Strategy:

Assist in implementing company marketing plans as needed.

Ensure credit customers are vetted through the credit approval process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Certifications or Diploma in Sales Management is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience, with a focus on selling or marketing air or sea products.

Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record in freight forwarding.
