Job Description:
GFWS Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Dubai. This role involves handling inbound sales calls, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers in Dubai.
Distribute and manage leads, ensuring interested leads are converted into sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and close sales effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and report sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Handle customer objections and resolve complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate.
Available to join immediately.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Team player with a self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
