Position Overview: We are actively hiring a Sales Engineer to join our expanding team at Kahragen Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong technical expertise in the solar and power sector and is passionate about building long-term client relationships while delivering innovative energy solutions. The position requires deep industry insight, strategic sales capabilities, and a results-driven mindset to support business growth within the UAE.
Responsibilities: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the solar and EPC market. You will develop strategies to penetrate target markets, respond to tenders and RFQs, and lead negotiations with potential clients. Your ability to align technical specifications with client requirements will be crucial in converting leads into successful projects.
Technical Support: You will work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial proposal to project handover. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations, preparing detailed proposals, and assisting in solution design. Your expertise will support the client in understanding the full value of our customized solar and power systems.
Client Engagement: Engaging directly with corporate clients, consultants, and government entities, you will establish and maintain strong professional relationships. You will conduct site visits, participate in client meetings, and offer after-sales support as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for understanding client expectations and building trust.
Market Analysis: You will actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving technologies within the solar and power sector. This market intelligence will help shape pricing strategies, product offerings, and business expansion plans. You are expected to contribute to quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reporting.
Project Coordination: While not responsible for execution, you will liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely handover of project specifications. You will support the documentation process and ensure full alignment between customer expectations and deliverables. Your coordination will help maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
