We are currently seeking two highly motivated Sales Engineers to join our team in the precast industry. The ideal candidates will have a background in civil engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically within the precast industry. This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong technical knowledge, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities for precast concrete products and solutions.

Provide technical expertise and support to clients on product specifications, applications, and installations.

Prepare and present technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to meet customer needs and company objectives.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products and services.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the precast industry.

Strong technical knowledge of precast concrete products and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

UAE driving license is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
