Sales Engineer

Job Description

Role Overview – AITS Gulf is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team in Dubai. This position combines technical expertise with sales abilities, ideal for professionals who can promote safety and engineering solutions, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Technical Sales and Business Development – You will promote safety and engineering products and services, identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, conduct technical presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.

Client Needs Assessment – You will understand client technical requirements, conduct site surveys, assess safety and engineering needs, recommend appropriate solutions, provide technical consultations, customize offerings based on client specifications, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry standards.

Product and Solution Presentation – You will deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, showcase technical capabilities, address client technical questions, highlight competitive advantages, and effectively communicate value propositions that support purchasing decisions.

Proposal Development and Quotation – You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, develop detailed quotations, calculate pricing, coordinate with engineering and operations teams, prepare scope of work documents, submit tenders, and create compelling proposals that win business.

Market Research and Analysis – You will monitor market trends, identify potential clients, research competitor offerings, analyze industry developments, gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and provide insights that inform sales strategies and business development initiatives.

Relationship Management and After-Sales Support – You will maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing technical support, coordinate with operations for service delivery, address client concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, generate repeat business and referrals, and build long-term partnerships.

Coordination with Internal Teams – You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities, communicate client requirements accurately, support project handovers, and facilitate seamless execution of sold solutions.

Requirements – Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred. Proven sales experience in safety, engineering, or technical products/services. Strong technical knowledge combined with sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills essential. Self-motivated with track record of achieving sales targets.
